On December 28, 2019, Ethiopia Reads (ER) held another fun filled day of a Children’s Reading Festival in the grounds of a school run by Amba Education for Needy People Association (ENPA). The theme was “Give All Children the Chance to Read” with many interactive activities including music, games, storytelling and read aloud by “Story Mother” and a mini display of ER’s very own Gebeta Library. About 300 children from 13 schools participated and another 100 parents and volunteers attended the day long festival. ER is grateful to be a part of a cheerful event leading up to the celebration of Orthodox Christmas. Thank you to @ENPAAlive for the great collaboration!
